His wife is 78. Williamsburg Journal Tribune - Thursday, May 17, 1956 - George Wiedemeier, a farmer before retiring and moving to Victor in 1932, died Saturday, May 12. He was 81 years of age. Funeral services for Wiedemeier were held Tuesday, May 18 at Zion Evangelical and Reformed church, with Rev. Jassman officiating. Wiedemeier was born May 10, 1875 and started farming in 1898. He was married to Minnie Schultz of Victor. Other survivors besides his widow are three children, four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. One son preceded him in death.
