She was born July 14, 1990, in Sullivan County to Commodore and Alsannah Bosstick Ransford. She was a retired school teacher. She was a member of Graysville United Methodist Church, Graysville Order of Eastern Star Chapter 308, Indiana State Retired Teachers Association, Indiana State University Alumni Association and Sullivan County Historical Society. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Oryall, who died in 1976; and two brothers, James Ransford and Edward Ransford. Survivors include four stepdaughters; one stepson; and other relatives. Burial was Tuesday in Crow Cemetery. Memorial services are at 5 p.m. Sunday at the church with the Rev. Steve Holland officiating. The Alexander Funeral Home assisted with arrangements.
