Jerry was born April 21, 1933, in Cedar Rapids, NE, to Joe and Josephine (Hilger) Siemek. He graduated from Columbus High School. On April 23, 1957, Jerry married Elizabeth "Betty" Gregorius. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents; wife; daughter, Tracy Siemek; brothers, Paul and Buzzer (Donald) Siemek; sisters, Joanne Harrington and Catherine Massman; son in law, Kurt Hensel; and great granddaughter, Maria. The Memorial Mass with live streaming at www.mosermemorialchapels.com will be 10:30 AM, Thursday, January 14, 2021, at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Fremont. Family receiving friends will be from 5PM until 7PM, Wednesday, January 13, 2021, with a Rosary starting at 7:00 PM at Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont.
