Description	:	Gerhardt E. Ketelsen, 71, of 1162 12th Ave. N., died this morning in Mercy Hospital. The funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. Peter Anderson officiating. Burial will be in Clinton Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Snell-Zorning Funeral Home, where Masonic service will be at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday conducted by the Preston Masonic Lodge. Mr. Ketelsen was born Sept 16, 1907, in Charlotte, the son of Sanke and Elizabeth Reiling Ketelsen. He married Maudie Schultz, June 25, 1937. She died in 1963. He married Adelia Ross, March 12, 1965. Mr. Ketelsen was born Sept 16, 1907, in Charlotte, the son of Sanke and Elizabeth Reiling Ketelsen. He married Maudie Schultz, June 25, 1937. She died in 1963. He married Adelia Ross, March 12, 1965. He resided most of his life in the Preston area, moving to Clinton in 1965. He was a carman with Chicago North Western Railroad for 24 years. He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Astral Lodge no 324 AF-Am, White Shrine of Jerusalem, Brotherhood of Railway Carmen and National Association of Retired and Veteran Railway Employees. Survivors include his wife, Adelia; seven daughters, Marlene, Gwen,Sandra,Wilma, Delores, Norma, Peggy; two sons, Douglas, and Dean; a stepson, Robert; 19 grandchildren; a sister Mrs. Carl (Edna) Kintzle, Tucson, Ariz.; and a brother, Andy Ketelsen, Wimbledon, N.D. He was preceded in death by his first wife, a son and two sisters. Note: Gerhardt's mother died when he was 4 years old. His father left the family and headed to South Dakota. He was raised with Aunt Emilie Ketelsen Jacobsen. 6307835
