Mrs. Jepson was the mother of our townsman, Peter Jepson, and has lived with him since the death of her husband several years ago. Deceased was one of the pioneer ladies of Howard County, having come here in the early seventies. She was a good Christian woman and had a host of friends that mourn her demise.
