Born July 26, 1915, in Westernport, she was a daughter of the late Harry W. and Eunice Gertrude (Foye) Seaber. She also was preceded in death by three brothers, Roylin, Virgil and Jarold Seaber. A longtime part of the business community in Keyser, Ms. Seaber was the owner and operator of the Keyser Studio from 1950-1991. Surviving are four nieces, Dorothy Raschella of Keyser, JoAnn Fitzhugh of California, Md., Darlene Stephen of Baltimore, and Frieda Kelly and husband, John, of Baltimore; one nephew, Rev. Virgil Seaber and wife, Ann, of Florence, S.C., and her life-long friend and business partner, Jean Baker, of Westernport. Friends may call at the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel, on Wednesday, Jan. 10, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted at the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel, on Thursday, Jan. 11, at 2 p.m. with Rev. Virgil Seaber officiating. Interment will be in the Philos Cemetery, Westernport.
