Description	:	WEST GARDNER-- Gertrude Hutchison, 88, a 30-year Waterville resident, died Monday afternoon, Dec. 28, 1998, at Maine General Medical Center in Augusta. She was born Sept. 2, 1910, in Fort Kent, daughter of Firmin and Catherine (Dube) Pelletier. she attended Fort Kent schools and had lived in Waterville for more than 30 years. She was a former member of Sacred Heart Catholic church in Waterville and a member of Sacred Heart Rosary Sodality. She also attended many Muskie Center functions and loved to knit and crochet. Survivors include two sons, Rudy Landry of Saco and Robert Landry of West Gardiner, with whom she lived; three daughters, Theresa White of North Vassalboro, Lorraine Williams and Lenora "Lee" Gilbert, both of Waterville; five stepchildren, Duane Hutchison of Bristol, Conn., Verle Hutchison of Orlando, Fla., Michael Hutchison of Windham, Joyce Ronan of Manchester, Conn., and Beverly Robertson of Waterville; a sister-in-law, Priscilla Pelletier of fort Kent; 28 grandchildren, 38 great-grand-children, an great- great-grandchild, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 30, at Veilleux Funeral Home, 8 Elm St., Waterville. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 31, at Sacred Heart Church, Pleasant Street, Waterville. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery, Waterville.
