Description	:	Funeral services for Mrs. Lloyd (Gertrude) Larson, 64, Roscoe, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at St. John Lutheran Church in Selby with the Rev. Merlyn O. Huke officiating. A committal service will be held Thursday at 5 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Aberdeen. Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Huebl Funeral Chapel and continue until 9 a.m. Thursday and at St. John Lutheran Church in Selby from 11:30 a.m. Thursday until time of the service. Gertrude Peterson was born near Dexter, Minn. on Oct. 3, 1909. In 1917 the family moved to the Mansfield area. She married Lloyd Larson at Bison on June 5, 1930. They farmed in the Scatterwood Lake area near Mansfield until 1942 when they moved to the Ipswich-Roscoe area where they farmed until 1970. They lived in Selby until 1972, when they moved to Roscoe. She was a member of the ALCW of St. John Lutheran Church in Selby. Survivors include her husband; two sons, Darwin, of Dell Rapids, and Harvey, of Aberdeen; four daughters, Mrs. Maurice (Eunice) Bosanko, Aberdeen; Mrs. Richard (Shirley) Lauber, Wellington, Kan.; Mrs. Jim (Byrdella) Geditz, Fargo, N.D. and Mrs. Harlan (Ramona) Stern, Selby; two brothers, Tom Peterson, Mansfield, and Emmett Peterson, Mina; two sisters, Mrs. Mabel Erickson, Thief River Falls, Minn.; and Mrs. Lloyd (Myrtle) Harris, Aberdeen; and 15 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and two sisters. Merlyn Huke officiating. Burial was in Sunset Memorial Gardens under the direction of the Huebl Funeral Chapel and the Miller Funeral Home of Bowdle. Organist was Julie Huke and the soloist was Mrs. Charles Jensen. Pallbearers were Richard Peterson, Ken D. Peterson, Mark Bosanko, Scott Bosanko, Steven Jaquith and Gilbert Erickson, all of Aberdeen. Ushers were Wayne Flemmer and Art Bauder. Attending in groups were members and employees of the Roscoe City Council and the directors and employees of the Selby Equity Exchange.
