They were the parents of Sarah Ann, Julia, Eliza, John Obediah, James Greene, Nettie, Emma, May, Caroline, and Cora Duncan. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ After the death of their grandparents in Georgia, Giles & his brother George William walked from Georgia to Indiana to be with their aunt (sister of their mother) & uncle (brother of their father). Arney, died young - before 1920, married Matthew Thompson 1897, Polk Co.,Ia. and had (1) Gernie, died before 1910 (2) James E 43447226 (3) Mabel A 87289925 (4) Bessie E, living 1930, unmarried Polk Co., Ia with sister Mabel.
