Keaton, 91, passed away Sept. 1, 2015, at Springhill Village. She was born Oct. 23, 1923, in Riley, to Albert and Sarah (Campbell) Talley. Mrs. Keaton was a homemaker and had retired from the housekeeping department at Indiana State University. She married Johile 'Bus' Keaton May 23, 1942, and he preceded her in death in 1996. She is survived by two sons, John 'Freddie' Keaton, of Terre Haute, and Lon R. Keaton of Fort Wayne; a brother, George Talley of Terre Haute; a sister, Leona Taylen, of Terre Haute; and a grandson, Timothy Keaton, of Lafayette, Ind.; as well as several nieces and nephews. Funeral services are 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 5, at DeBaun Springhill Chapel, with Rev. Kevin Dobson officiating. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until services. Burial will be in New Harmony Cemetery.
