She was born March 20, 1919, in Nelson County, a daughter of Massie Franklin and Siddie Bell (Campbell) Coffey. Mrs. Bradley was retired having worked at the University of Virginia Hospital and Morton Frozen Foods. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sons, Thomas Ray Bradley, Matthew Mark Bradley, James Alexander Bradley; her brothers, Brent Coffey, Paul H. Mrs. Bradley was retired having worked at the University of Virginia Hospital and Morton Frozen Foods. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sons, Thomas Ray Bradley, Matthew Mark Bradley, James Alexander Bradley; her brothers, Brent Coffey, Paul H. Coffey; and her sisters,, Jenetta Fitzgerald, Dorothy Painter and Antha Mae Coffey. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Wilbur Cornelius Bradley; two sons, Cornelius (Red) Bradley of Waynesboro, Joseph Wayne Bradley of Greenville; two daughters, Lucille B. Moats of Waynesboro and Ellen Louise Bradley of Greenville; two brothers, Erskine Coffey of Staunton and Davis Coffey of Alexandria; and one sister, Lorine Fitzgerald of Orange Park, Fla. A service will be conducted at 2 p.m.Tuesday in the Mount Paran Baptist Church by pastor Bill Johnson. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Eldon Campbell, Chris Bradley, Matthew Bradley, Marvin Phillips, Edgar Bryant and Lester Roberts. Honorary pallbearers will be her granddaughters. The family will receive friends from 7 until 8 this evening in the Waynesboro Chapel of Etter-Reynolds Funeral Service. Gladys S. Bradley Mrs. Bradley's grandchildren are Tracey Moats, Matthew Bradley, Christopher Bradley, Stacey Bradley, Olympia Bradley, Laurie Bradley, Kelly Campbell, Sherry Umbaugh and Wendy Swearengin. Her great-grandchildren are Jerrica Bradley, Kaylee Campbell, Dallas Eye, Stephanie Swearengin, Joshua Swearengin and Jacob Swearengin. Mrs. Bradley was a good and faithful wife and mother.
