The service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Reece Funeral Home in Ottumwa, the Rev. David Bevington of First Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in McIntire Cemetery south of Ottumwa. O.B. Nelson American Legion Post 3 will conduct military rites at the cemetery. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. today.
