Glenn Holle was born Oct. 11, 1919, at Marysville, Kansas, the son of Phillip and Bertha Paxton Holle. He married Geraldine O. Wadham on Oct. 2, 1944, at Marysville. He served in the Army during World War II, and was stationed in Alaska and Minneapolis, Minnesota. He worked for the Union Pacific Railroad for a short time before working for Southwestern Bell until retirement. He enjoyed hunting for Indian artifacts, metal detecting and collecting and repairing guns. Survivors include one son, Richard Holle, Concordia, Kansas; two daughters, Mary Ellen Oehm, Clovis, New Mexico, and Linda Schwarz, Marysville; nine grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Phyllis Unger, Sabetha, Kansas, and Fern Lee, Lincoln, Nebraska; and one brother, Jack Holle, Marysville. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and two brothers, Merlin and Allen.
