She was born on December 7, 1926, the daughter of the late John Will and Lettie Inez McClain Masters. For 69 years she was the beloved wife of Robert Lee Hill. Gloria worked side by side with her husband for more than 30 years in Hill Electric Company, until their retirement in 1992. She was born on December 7, 1926, the daughter of the late John Will and Lettie Inez McClain Masters. For 69 years she was the beloved wife of Robert Lee Hill. Gloria worked side by side with her husband for more than 30 years in Hill Electric Company, until their retirement in 1992. Gloria was a member of First Baptist Church and the Dorcas Sunday School Class. She was also a member of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority for many years. Gloria enjoyed living on her family farm and working in her yard and gardens. She enjoyed many years of camping and traveling the United States with friends and her husband. She loved her time with family and grandchildren. She was a lady of a trusting faith and always believed that worry was a waste of time. She was a mother to be loved and admired. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, September 3, at Sullivan-King Mortuary Chapel. Entombment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum.
