Description	:	ULDRICH, GODFREY ANTON — Godfrey Anton Uldrich, son of James and Barbara Uldrich, was born at Exeter, Neb., September 16, 1897. He passed away at his farm home northwest of Geneva October 8, 1962, aged 65 years and 22 days. Death was due to an accident that occurred while he was working on a corn picker. His father and a sister, Mildred, also preceded him in... Read More	ULDRICH, GODFREY ANTON — Godfrey Anton Uldrich, son of James and Barbara Uldrich, was born at Exeter, Neb., September 16, 1897. He passed away at his farm home northwest of Geneva October 8, 1962, aged 65 years and 22 days. Death was due to an accident that occurred while he was working on a corn picker. He was married to Martha Lauenstein December 2, 1921. Six children were born to this union. One son and one daughter died in infancy and a daughter, Darlene, died at the age of eight years. His father and a sister, Mildred, also preceded him in death. Mr. Uldrich farmed all of his adult life. He is survived by his wife, a son, Dwayne, at home, two daughters, Betty Ann, at home and Mrs. Arlene Franson of Lincoln, his mother, two brothers, Charles and Frank, one sister, Mrs. Edward Schmidt, and many other relatives and friends. Funeral services were held at the Kritner-Farmer funeral home in Geneva at 2 p. m. Monday, October 8, with Rev. Robert J. Kasper officiating. Mrs. Gerald Pickerell sang “Ivory Palaces” and “Beautiful Garden of Prayer,” with Mrs. Willard Foster as accompanist. Pallbearers were Gen Buerer, Vernon Lauenstein, Cleo Raabe, Clarence Schmidt, Ervin Schmidt, and Myron D. Uldrich. Interment was in the Geneva cemetery. (Source: The Nebraska Signal, October 1962)
