She was born December 15, 1929 in Detroit, MI to Harold L. and Quella Belle Rush Picken. She married David E. Miller in 1949, he preceded her in death. She married Keith Kranz in 1997, he preceded her in death. A 1947 graduate of Ottumwa High School, she had worked at the Iowa Army Ammunition Plant and at Everco. She married Keith Kranz in 1997, he preceded her in death. A 1947 graduate of Ottumwa High School, she had worked at the Iowa Army Ammunition Plant and at Everco. Grace was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church. Surviving is her son, David Miller of Ottumwa; her daughter Kandis Richmond of Ottumwa; her favorite son-in-law, Robert Richmond of Ottumwa; four grandchildren, Chris Miller, Billie Nicole (Ernie) Richmond, Jaime R. (Mike) Riggs and Dani Floyd; several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Daniel A. Miller; daughter-in-law, Daphne Miller and a brother, Phillip Picken. Her body has been cremated. Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at the Reece Funeral Home with Rev. Ron Barnett officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Heartland Humane Society, PO Box 1149, Ottumwa, IA 52501.
