Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 12, 2017, at Anderson Funeral Homes, 405 W. Main St., Marshalltown. Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. until the time of the services, at the funeral home. Interment will be at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens, in Marshalltown. She attended Central Iowa Business College and then was employed with Marshalltown Ice Co. for three years. Grace was united in marriage to Leonard Duffy on October 16, 1941. She and Leonard farmed the Bangor area until 1964. Grace owned and operated Duffy’s Restaurant, in Union, IA. And was employed with Montgomery Wards for many years. She volunteered at the Marshalltown Hospital for over 20 years. Grace was a member of Liberty Baptist Church, in Marshalltown. Grace is survived by her son, David Duffy of Marshalltown, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, a son, Raymond Duffy, a grandson, Mike Duffy, a daughter-in-law, Pam Duffy, three brothers; Glen, Vern “Bud”, and Frank Duffy, two sisters; Esther Wignall and Lola Blair.
