Description	:	Grace Blanche (Jones) Cooper, Born Round Lake, New York December 23,1882. Died August 1, 1967. Married Edgar Hope Cooper October 02, 1901. Grace parents were Arnold Phineas Jones and Jennie Louise Black. Her mother died when she was about 8 years old and Arnold married Jennie's sister Alice Black and they moved out west. The Jones had a big farm and alot of acreage in the Enumclaw/Auburn area. Grace parents were Arnold Phineas Jones and Jennie Louise Black. Her mother died when she was about 8 years old and Arnold married Jennie's sister Alice Black and they moved out west. The Jones had a big farm and alot of acreage in the Enumclaw/Auburn area. Grace worked in her younger years for Dexter Horton cleaning house during the week in Seattle a well known pioneer in Seattle. When Grace married she returned to Enumclaw to raise her family Ray 04/02/1902, Floyd 01/07/1904 and Harold Cooper 1912. Grace Husband ran Coopers Sawmill and Coopers Corner Grocery. Grace lost one of her sons Floyd Cooper in 1931 to TB (father to Maxine & Kenneth Donald Cooper he was 5 years old). Then her husband Edgar in 1944. Both buried in Evergreen Cemetery in Enumclaw, WA. After Edgar Died Grace and Harold went on to run the store. Kenneth Cooper (or Irene)watched the store every Tuesday while Harold went to the Doctor would go up and help Grace with the store during the day until it closed in the 1960's. I (Kenneth) spent alot of time with my grandparents at the store and playing at Cooper's Corner. They had an old fashion Candy Counter. Grace had 3 brother - Howard, Floyd and Clifford Grace & Edgar had 3 sons - Ray, Floyd & Harold 2 grandchildren - Maxine(1925) & Kenneth (1926) G-Grandchildren MAXINE - Roxy, Vicky, Billy (unknown grandchildren) KENNETH - Sandra Louise Cooper, Kenneth Donald Cooper (deceased 1954)' Jennie Irene Cooper & "K.C."
