Description	:	Grace G. (Edgerton), O’Neil died July 3, 2006, at the North Valley Nursing Home in Tonasket, Washington where she had been receiving amazing and wonderful care. She was born September 19, 1918, at Nine Mile, WA to Reuben and Mary (Gorseth) Edgerton, the fourth of six children in a lively and loving family. (Edgerton), O’Neil died July 3, 2006, at the North Valley Nursing Home in Tonasket, Washington where she had been receiving amazing and wonderful care. She was born September 19, 1918, at Nine Mile, WA to Reuben and Mary (Gorseth) Edgerton, the fourth of six children in a lively and loving family. These were pretty tough times when people had to be very self-sufficient. Times were hard, but cows, gardens, chickens and hunting made life seem prosperous. When Grace was almost six years old, tragedy struck the family when her dad died in a diving accident. She was later blessed with a loving step-dad, Oliver Bergsing. Grace married “Leo” O’Neil on May 2, 1939, in Republic, WA. Her life was one of fun, hard work, family and faith. Her joy was giving to those she loved. Grace is survived by 1 brother, Floridas Edgerton of Spokane, WA; her 3 children, Lynda and husband Bruce Farver, Tonasket, Larry and wife Dianna O’Neil, Omak, Darlene and husband Chuck Gavin, Tonasket; grandchildren, Dave and Sam Farver, Jamie Dunn, and Elsa Redberg, Kim Hendrick and Christopher O’Neil and Jerry and Wayne Asmussen; as well as 11 great-grandchildren; and many very special nieces and nephews. Her parents; and husband; 1 brother, Aubrey Edgerton; and 3 sisters, Mae Potter, Frances Palermo and Ruby Betz preceded her in death. A Memorial Service is planned to Celebrate the Life of Grace O’Neil for Friday, July 7, 2006, at 10:00 a.m. at the Tonasket Seventh Day Adventist church. This will be preceded by a brief Graveside Service at the Oroville Riverview Cemetery at 9:00 a.m. for those wishing to attend. An early luncheon will be served for all in attendance following the memorial service at the church fellowship hall. Bergh Funeral Service of Oroville in care of arrangements.
