The deceased leaves a mother and father, a husband, and two sons, Arthur, who was with his mother when she died, and Keith, who is on his way home from Canada. The remains were brought to the city today, and funeral services will be held in the Methodist Church at 2:30 tomorrow afternoon, Rev. Coulter officiating. Interment will be in Redmen plot, Red Butte Cemetery under direction of Undertaker DeMarais. From press accounts, it is learned that Mrs. Collins received her injuries last Saturday night when she and her husband became involved in a quarrel with William Chism and John Knapp near Cameo, a coal camp near Grand Junction. She was horribly beaten with the butt of a revolver and an iron bar, and her husband was seriously but not fatally injured. The two men are in jail in Grand Junction. LATER - Late this afternoon, Coroner DeMarais received the following telegram from R. A. Yunker, coroner of Mesa County: "Do not bury body of Grace Mary Collins, by order of State Board of Health." It is reported that Roy Collins, the husband, was arrested and placed in jail last night at Palisade.
