Mr. O'Dell was born in Union, June 1, 1933, a son of the late P.B. O'Dell and Buena Mitchell O'Dell. He was a graduate of Union High School and Wofford College. Read More	Mr. Grady Lowell O'Dell, age 74, husband of Zora Wright O'Dell, of 2118 Buffalo-West Springs Hwy., Buffalo, died Wednesday November 7, 2007 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Mr. O'Dell was born in Union, June 1, 1933, a son of the late P.B. O'Dell and Buena Mitchell O'Dell. He was a graduate of Union High School and Wofford College. Mr. O'Dell retired after 40 + years with Milliken Co., Excelsior Plant and was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force having served in the Korean Conflict and retired from the U.S. Air Force Reserves. He was an active member of the American Legion, Buffalo Post where he served as Adjutant since 1987. Mr. O'Dell was a member of Buffalo United Methodist Church where he served a term as Chairman of the Administrative Board, the Financial Secretary, a Sunday School Teacher and was a member of the Chancel Choir and the Men's Choir. He found great joy in giving out the fruit bags on Christmas Eve. Surviving in addition to his wife are two daughters: Robynne O. Burress and husband Steve of Spartanburg and Rhonda O. Smith and husband Sammy of Union; one son: Richard Lowell O'Dell and wife Debra of Buffalo; one sister: Coletta Fowler of Inman; two brothers: Rev. Donald O'Dell of Spartanburg and Maurice O'Dell of Raleigh, NC; 6 grandchildren: Cody O'Dell, Megan O'Dell, Holly Walker and husband Chad, Trey Smith, Blake Burress and David Burress. Mr. O'Dell was predeceased by a brother: W.D. O'Dell and a sister: Valerie Lybrand. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, November 10, 200
