Description	:	Obituary: Source - Alton Democrat 01-03-1980 Mrs. Sam Fylstra, 58, Sioux Center, died Monday in a hospital at Rock Valley. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday in the First Reformed Church at Sioux Center. Dr. Thurman Rynbrandt will officiate. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery under direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Sioux Center. Mrs. Fylstra, the former Greta Brinkman, was born Sept. 2, 1921, near Middleburg.
