He was buried at sea but he has a marker in the cemetery where his mother is buried. ----- Idaho Statesman Oct 29 1942 Boise Sailor Is Buried in Rites at Sea Edgar Eno dies of Injuries Suffered in Naval Action Edgar Eno, 148 East Jefferson, had word Wednesday from the Navy Department that his son Griffith Edgar Eno, seaman second class, recently reported killed, had died of injuries received in action with the enemy and had been buried at Sea. Date of engagement was not revealed, nor was the location. Sailor Eno was last reported somewhere in the Atlantic. The seaman was 34, a native of Nebraska, and a railroad employee for many years. He had visited his father and three brothers, Douglas, Frank and Rodger several times in Boise. He is also survived by a sister Mrs. Faunele Casner of Idaho City.
