Description	:	Gussie was born the daughter of the late Nathaniel and Henrietta (Brown) Parker. Gussie passed on at Edgewood Rehabilitation and Living Center, where she had been a resident since July 31, 2002. Gussie moved to New Vineyard at the age of 3, where she remained a resident for the rest of her life. She was educated in the schools of New Vineyard, Farmington and Strong. Gussie passed on at Edgewood Rehabilitation and Living Center, where she had been a resident since July 31, 2002. Gussie moved to New Vineyard at the age of 3, where she remained a resident for the rest of her life. She was educated in the schools of New Vineyard, Farmington and Strong. On Aug. 1, 1926, she married Charlie F. Kenney in Kingfield. For some 40 years, she worked at the Fred O. Smith Manufacturing Co., retiring in the early 1980s. She was a member of the New Vineyard Congregational Church (Mountain View Bible Church), New Vineyard and was a life-member of the American Legion Auxiliary since 1941. Her hobbies included gardening, knitting afghans, bird watching and camping at Porter Lake. Above all, she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Her survivors include a daughter, Barbara (Kenney) Coolidge of Farmington; two sons, Fred Kenney, and his wife, Phyllis, of Farmington and Don Kenney of New Vineyard; a stepson, Donald E. Wells of Massachusetts; grandchildren, Charlie F. Kenney III, and his wife, Laura, David D. Kenney, and his wife, Kathy and Anita (Kenney) Benoit, and her husband, David; seven great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her three husbands, Charlie F. Kenney, Alson P. "Doc" Mills and Venora E. "Pinky" Wells; a son, Frank L. Kenney; three stepsons, James H. Mills, Robert V. Wells and Albert B. Wells; three brothers, Carrol, Hollis and Phillip Parker; a sister, Rose (Parker) Melvin; two half-brothers, Lloyd and Carl Wilkins; a half-sister, Thelma (Wilkins) Hewett; a stepmother, Jennie (Kingsley) Parker; two stepbrothers, Alginon and Richard Kingsley; and a son-in-law, Earl Coolidge.
