Eichelberger died at the home of her son, George, in Marysville Saturday, Morning, December 19, at 3:15 o'clock, at the age of 73 years, 6-months, and 24 days. The body was brought to Beattie Tuesday and the funeral Services were held at the M. E. Church at 1:30 p. m. Interment was made in the Beattie ceme- tery. Hannah J. Potter was born at Erie, Penn., May 25, 1852. While still young she moved to Iowa where she grew to womanhood. She was married to Mark A. Eichelberger Oct. 17, 1869. About 1871 they moved to Sa- line county, Nebr., where they resided until the year 1880,when they moved on a farm near Beattie, Kans., where they continued to live until the spring of 1905 when they took up their abode in Beattie where they lived until the death of her husband in July , 1920. Since that time she has lived among her children and one sister until she passed away at the home of her son, George, at Marysville, Dec. 19, 1925. The surviving children are: Mrs. A. L. Weaver, Hamlin, Ks.; Mrs. Robt. Bulkley, Garnett, Ark.; Mrs. Geo. Patz, Columbus, Ohio; and, sons, Ray of Belgrade, Mont., and George of Marysville, She is also, survived by one sis- ter at Crete, Nebr., one brother at Livingston, Mont., and eleven grandchildren, besides other relatives. She was a loving, indulgent mother, ,who would do anything for her children and friends. She was a good Christian woman in every respect and always liked to do for others but owing to poor health was unable to do many things she would have liked to do. She will be greatly missed by her children and her many friends in various places where she has lived but her good work will follow her. She has been a member of the Methodist church in Crete, Nebr., and Columbus, Ohio and was always a faithful worker in the Sunday school and church as long as her health permitted. She was a wonderful mother and we know she has her reward.
