Mrs. Hannah Bundy, wife of John Bundy, died at her home in Hill City last Saturday morning at 5 o'clock. Earley, on Sunday August 21st. The remains were buried in the Hill City cemetery followed by a large concourse of sympathizing friends. The Reveille-New Era (Hill City, KS) Thursday, August 25, 1910 Mrs. Hanna Bundy died on last Saturday morning and was buried in the Hill City cemetery on Sunday at noon. Mrs. Bundy was the wife of John Bundy and the mother of Dr. J. A. Bundy, and Joseph Bundy, of Penokee, who are now residing in this county. There were eleven children and all are said to be living. She was aged a little more than 73 years. Obituary Mrs. Hanna Bundy was born in Grant county, Indiana, on February 13, 1837, at the age of 17 years she was united in marriage to John Bundy. There were eleven children born to them and all are now living. In 1886 Mr. and Mrs. Bundy came to Graham county and have made this their home since that time. While yet a child she united with the Friends church and remained a member of that body until about 3 years ago when she joined her lot with the Presbyterian church in Hill City. For the past 14 years she has been a constant sufferer from dropsy and rheumatic complications. On the morning of August 20th, at 5 a. m., she found rest in death. A husband, 11 children, 34 grandchildren, one sister and a half sister, survive her.
