Description	:	OBIT: Harold Muiron Byram, son of Rev. and Mrs. F. N. Byram of Pella, died at Sutherland, Iowa on August 29, 1925, aged 44 years, 6 months, and 22 days. His death followed a period of ill health with tuberculosis and was immediately preceded by an attack of appendicitis. Deceased was born at Fremont, Iowa, attending the public schools of Iowa towns in which his father was pastor of Baptist churches during his youth. Deceased was born at Fremont, Iowa, attending the public schools of Iowa towns in which his father was pastor of Baptist churches during his youth. On March 12, 1907, he was married at Sigourney to Theresia P. Ritter of Hedrick, seven children being born to them. These are McEwen R., Jeanette A., Mabel M., Helen M., and Harriet B., who survive their father, and a son, Harold Lorain, and an infant daughter who preceded him in death. He made a public profession of faith in his Saviour and united with the Baptist Church at Shellsburg, Iowa in February, 1900. At the time of his death he belonged to a church at Sutherland, Iowa. Besides his wife and children there remain to mourn his death his aged parents, Rev. and Mrs. F. N. Byram in Pella, two brothers, J. N. Byram, Welda, Kansas, and Kenneth at Modale, Iowa, and six sisters, Mrs. Ruth Forby, Little Rock, Arkansas, Mrs. H. A. Scott, Fremont, Iowa, Mrs. W. B. Henderson, Centerville, Mrs. C. E. Marlowe, Sutherland, Mrs. Yella Heerema, Indianola, and Mrs. Harry Bowe, Santa Ana, California. Funeral services were held at Union Chapel, east of Fremont, conducted by Rev. Orr Campbell of Humeston. Interment was in the cemetery near the chapel. Pella Chronicle, September 3, 1925
