Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Washington County Hospice. Harold Fisher was born July 8, 1907 in Washington County to Walter and Anna Martha (Hennon) Fisher. He graduated from West Chester High School. On April 23, 1927, he married Cora M. Foreman in Washington. Mr. Fisher was a Harvester sales manager for Allis Chalmers for 36 years. He lived in Washington for 2 years. Mr. Fisher also lived in Milwaukee, Wis., West Allis, Wis., and Island Lake, Minn. Mr. Fisher was a member of the Methodist Church, enjoyed woodworking, buying and selling tools, and gardening. He received 10-,20-,30- and 36-years service awards from Allis Chalmers. Survivors include: a son, Gerald Fisher and wife Peg of Crossville, Tenn.; a daughter, Betty Craig and husband Kermit of Milwaukee, Wis.; a sister, Phyllis Reif of Washington; a special friend, Maxine Peiffer and family of Washington; five grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife in 1986, a sister and two brothers.
