He married Ruth Steiner, Oct 8, 1946, at St. Mary's Church of Leigh. He farmed near Leigh before moving to Norfolk about 3 1/2 years ago, where he was employed by Hemingsen's. Survivors are his widow, Ruth; 14 children, Anthony, 18, Margie, 17, Richard 16, Kathleen, 15, Joyce, 14, Larry, 13, Jeane, 11, Kenneth, 10, Sally 8, Harold Jr, 7, Delores, 6, Charlene 4, John 2, and Caroline 1 1/2; his parents of Columbus; two brothers, Bernard and Victor, both of Leigh; two sisters, Mrs. Clem Foltz, Callaway, Minn., and Mrs. Robert Herink, Omaha.
