Description	:	The Fremont Tribune April 20, 1987 Harold L. Siemsen, 79, of 719 W. Eighth St., died Saturday morning at Memorial Hospital of Dodge County. Mr. Siemsen was a retired mail carrier. He was born Sept. 18, 1907, in Leigh. He grew up and graduated from high school in Leigh. After high school, he moved to Fremont. He worked as a carpenter for a short time before going to work for the U.S. Postal Service. He worked as a city carrier then a rural carier until he retired in 1967. Eighth St., died Saturday morning at Memorial Hospital of Dodge County. Mr. Siemsen was a retired mail carrier. He was born Sept. 18, 1907, in Leigh. He grew up and graduated from high school in Leigh. After high school, he moved to Fremont. He worked as a carpenter for a short time before going to work for the U.S. Postal Service. He worked as a city carrier then a rural carier until he retired in 1967. He was a member of Salem Lutheran Church, the church council and choir. He also was a member of Fremont Eagles Aerie No. 200, on the Eagle's ritual team and the Fremont Masonic Lodge No 15 A.F. & A.M.. He married Edna Larson Nov. 6, 1929, in Uehling. She survives. Other survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Iris Cliesielski of Alburquerque, N.M. and Mrs. Robert (Mary Lou) Olsen of rural Fremont; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Salem Lutheran Church. The Rev. Dr. J. W. Berry will officiate. Visitation is in progress at Ludvigsen Mortuary. Burial will be in Ridge Cemetery. Memorials maybe given to the church.
