Description	:	Harold was the son of the late Ross Alexander and Bertha Marie (Day) Robinson. He married Monna Jean Lingo on September 12, 1954. He was a graduate of Old Washington High School, and Columbus Business School. He owned and operated his wife's family business, Lingo Hardware for forty-five years until they sold the store in 1999, and retired shortly thereafter. Read More	Harold was the son of the late Ross Alexander and Bertha Marie (Day) Robinson. He married Monna Jean Lingo on September 12, 1954. He was a graduate of Old Washington High School, and Columbus Business School. He owned and operated his wife's family business, Lingo Hardware for forty-five years until they sold the store in 1999, and retired shortly thereafter. In addition to his work at the hardware store, he served as fire chief for the Quaker City Volunteer Fire Department for thirteen years, and as a trustee for Friends Cemetery from 1976 to 2022, Harold and Monna were named Grand Marshals of the Ohio Hills Folk Festival in 1988 in honor of their years of service to the community. Harold was a devoted husband, caring for his wife after she suffered a massive stroke which left her partially paralyzed. He was also a devoted father, always making time for his children, from boating adventures and deer hunting to long talks on the porch swing. He was a devoted grandfather, so proud of his four grandsons and two granddaughters-in-law. In addition to family, he loved spending time working on the family farm, studying nature, and volunteering at Friends Cemetery, where he spent countless hours working to keep the cemetery beautiful. His memory is cherished by his son, Lee (Julie); daughters, Resa (Daniel) and Julie (Charles); grandchildren, Aaron (Danielle), Austin (Autumn), Ross, and Alex; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and other beloved family members. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of fifty-four years, Monna Jean (Lingo) Robinson; sisters, Grace Leamer and Marian Wood; brother, John Robinson; infant son, Kirby Lee Robinson.
