Description	:	Mrs. Harriet Mounts, 92, a resident of Creston for 51 years, died at her home Wednesday. She had been in ill health for several years. Harriet Bantock was born in Illinois, December 27, 1858, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Bantock. She was married at Chariton to Thomas M. Duffy, who died in 1900. They were parents of two sons, Harty T. Duffy of Phoenix, Arizona, and Clarence E Duffy of Shannon City, both of whom survive. She was married at Des Moines March 5, 1913, to J. A. Duffy, who died in 1900. They were parents of two sons, Harty T. Duffy of Phoenix, Arizona, and Clarence E Duffy of Shannon City, both of whom survive. She was married at Des Moines March 5, 1913, to J. A. Mounts, who preceeded her in death in 1918. Mrs. Mounts moved to Creston in 1900, after the death of her first husband. She had lived for the last 43 years in the same home on north Maple Street. She was a member of the Methodist church and the Rebekah lodge. Surviving in addition to her two sons are a graddaughter, Mrs. Ray Bullock of Creston; two great granddaughters, Raedine and Judy Kay Bullock of Creston; and a sister, Mrs. M. E. Cook of Creston.
