Read More	Arnold Abercrombie Colonial Funeral Home TOPPENISH - Arnold Abercrombie (81) of Toppenish died on Monday January 28, 2008 at his home. He was born in Blackfoot, ID on September 1, 1926 to Thomas D. and Alice Abercrombie. He was raised and educated in White Swan and worked as a ranch hand for Harry Kent and Ed Hanson. In his 30's he moved to Goldendale and logged for years. He moved back to Toppenish in the 1970's where he worked for Parrish Farms and Archie Lang Farms before retiring in the late 80's. In the early 1990's he started raising his own cattle which he retired from in 2005. He enjoyed supporting his children in their rodeoing endeavors, and was a member of the Toppenish Eagles. Arnold is survived by three daughters, three sons, eight grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren; one brother, and one sister. He was preceded in death by his parents, and one son, Larry in 1995.
