Melvin Koehn, Rev. Norman Story and Rev. David Erdman officiating. Burial was in the Mt. Olivet Church section of Ideal Cemetery. Harry J. Kleinsasser was born south of Hitchcock, S.D., on Oct. 3, 1923, to Joe E. and Anna (Waldner) Kleinsasser. He attended rural school near Hitchcock On June 4, 1944, he married Clara Kleinsasser. They made their home in Cavour, S.D., and later moved to Huron where they built a home. Clara died Aug. 21, 1966. Harry farmed for a few years and worked at Armour's Packing Plant for over 35 years as a meat cutter. After Armour's closed, he worked for Swift's for two years and then started a small engine/automotive repair shop at his home. On June 28, 1968, he married Valeria (Gross) Langbehn in Huron. She died June 12, 1991. Harry was a member of the Mt. Olivet Church where he taught Sunday school and was on the church board. In addition to his interest in small engines, Harry especially enjoyed music. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wives, Clara and Valeria; two brothers, John and Ed; three sisters: Lana, Emma and Hilda; and one granddaughter, Kerry. Grateful for having shared his life are his children: Carolyn (Billy) Quiram, Huron, Ron (Elaine) Kleinsasser, Sioux Falls, S.D., Kathy (Rev. Norman) Story of Las Cruces, N. M., Harry Kleinsasser, Jr., Omaha, Neb., and Joel (Susie Chamberlain) Kleinsasser, Miles City, Mont.; two stepsons: Todd (Marlene) Langbehn, Jamestown, N.D., and Steve (Georgia) Langbehn, Huron; 15 grandchildren: Chad Volkers, Brenda Hall, Kimberly Tyrrell, Kit Gleason, Kory Kleinsasser, Kelby Kleinsasser, Kara Banda, Hope Thompson, Matthew Urbina, Brooke Kleinsasser, Elisabeth Langbehn, Alissa Langbehn, Tanner Langbehn, Jesse Langbehn and Becca Langbehn; and 21 great-grandchildren.
