Several months ago he was seriously injured when an automobile collided with the wagon in which he was driving. The injuries thus sustained left him in such a weakened condition that he was not able to withstand the ravages of pneumonia, when he was attacked by that disease. He is survived by his wife. Funeral services were held on Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock, in charge of the Masonic lodge, of which he was a member. Burial was in the cemetery south of Denver.
