Description	:	The funeral for Mrs. Roger (Hazel) Zoellner, 76, Groton, was held at 10 a.m., Friday, Aug. 20, at the Groton Presbyterian Church with the Rev. James Wright officiating. Burial was in the Groton Union Cemetery. Paetznick-Garness Funeral Chapel of Groton was in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Zoellner died Tuesday, Aug. 17, at the Americana Healthcare Center in Aberdeen. Casketbearers, all Grandsons, were Lee Zoellner, Neil Zoellner, Arlan Zoellner, Joel Zoellner, James Sletten and Lynn Sletten. Mrs. Ben Anderson was organist and Mrs. Lee Zoellner was the soloist. She married Roger Zoellner March 18, 1924, at Groton. She lived in the Groton area all of her life except for the past 14 months when she resided at the center in Aberdeen. She was a member of the United Presbyterian Women, the Royal Neighbors and the Henry Benefit and Social Club. Survivors include one son, Orval, Groton; one daughter, Mrs. Robert (Vivian) Sletten, Aberdeen; four sisters, Mrs. Marie James, San Jose, Calif.; Mrs. Rose Holcomb and Mrs. Walter (Ella) Reber, both of Groton; and Mrs. Lillian Adler, Missoula, Mont.; 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1977; three sisters, one brother and three half brothers.
