Hazel was born November 23, 1913 in Hamilton, Steuben County Indiana to the late Harley and Ruth (Mountain) Cosper. For many years, she lived near Alvarado, Indiana, then later at Crooked Lake, IN. During her life she was a long time member of Alvarado, Hamilton and Angola Methodist Churches. She was married to Glen Gaylor Willibey for 63 years at the time of his death July 4, 1998. Hazel was born November 23, 1913 in Hamilton, Steuben County Indiana to the late Harley and Ruth (Mountain) Cosper. For many years, she lived near Alvarado, Indiana, then later at Crooked Lake, IN. Surviving are: a son Billy (Clara) Willibey of Houston, TX. daughters; Jean (Lyle) Lockwood of Beavercreek, Ohio and Donna (Tom) Wyatt of Sardinia, Ohio. A sister Thelma Gates of Argos, Indiana and a sister-in-law Wandalee Cosper of Hamilton, Indiana. Also surviving are eight grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by her sister Edith Kunkle Cox and a brother Wayne Cosper. On Saturday July 13, 2013 at 3:30 PM a graveside service will be held at Hamilton Cemetery, Hamilton, Indiana for all friends and family, Pastor Jack Smith officiating. Following the service, friends and family are invited to celebrate Hazel's life and break bread together at Rogers Harvest House, 814 S. Wayne St. Hamilton, IN. 46742-9754, (260)488-2364. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to: Hospice of Dayton Foundation, 324 Wilmington, Avenue, Dayton, OH. 45420, Hospice of Hope Ohio Valley, 215 Hughes Blvd., Mt.
