Description	:	Eddie was the son of Frederick and Katherine Breuer Ellerhoff - one of their 14 children! As the story has been handed down, he died of heat exhaustion while carrying water to the farmers. Although we cannot find any certification of his birth or death, Eddie is listed in the 1880 and 1885 Iowa census. Family believes this boy is buried in Middletown Cemetery under a cement marker that has worn down so much over the years that it is the only unreadable stone in the entire cemetery.
