Heinrich fought in war against Napoleon III. Grandpa Henry fled Prussia and set sail to America; in order to marry his sweetheart, Wilhelmina Mance, 12 Aug. 1873 at Lowell Nebraska. Heinrich was co-founder and lifelong member of Saint Matthew Lutheran Church. Although the church is gone, a beautifully maintained Cemetery remains.
