Frank, son of Philipp Frank and Katharina Busch, was born 8 Oct 1896 in Kautz, Russia, where he was also baptized and confirmed. In 1913, as a young man, he came to this country with his parents and settled in Lincoln, Nebr. In the same year, he went to From Berg. Mont., where in 1914 he married Katharina Elizabeth Reiter. From 1916 till 1920 he lived in Park City, Mont., then in the area near Laurel, and in 1935 the family moved to laurel. He became ill in 1924 with a nervous disorder with suffering that became worse, so that he was always doing less, until the last when he became helpless. Through all this, his wife cared for him with great patience and love up to the end, a half hour before the close of the old year. He reached the age of 43 years, 2 months, and 23 days. One son and one daughter died before him. The survivors are his deeply bereaved wife, five children: Mrs. John Yost of Billings, Mrs. Herman Michel of Laurel, George, Victor, and Miriam still at home; he elderly mother, Mrs. Katharina Frank of Park City, six brothers, three sisters, and also a large number of friends and relatives. Brother Frank was converted to God for a number of years and found comfort in the church and waited longingly for his beloved Redeemer. With a large participation from our church on 3 January, he was taken to his last earthly rest. May God grant him heavenly rest and comfort the bereaved. Laurel, Mont., Theo. C. Frank, 43, of Laurel, who died at his home at 11:30 p. m. Sunday, will be conducted at the German Congregational church at Laurel at 2 p. m. Wednesday. The Rev. Theodore Strobel, pastor of the church, will be in charge, and interment will be in the family plot in the Park City cemetery. Mr. Frank, who had resided in this area since 1913, had been in ill health since 1926. Death was caused by paralysis. He was born Oct. 8,1896, in Russia, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Frank, and came to the United States in 1913, residing at Fromberg. He was married at Fromberg on Dec. 27,1914, to Katherine E. Reiter. The family moved to Park City in 1916, and in 1920 moved to a farm two miles southwest of Laurel, where they resided until moving into laurel in 1935. Mr. Frank was a member of the German Congregational church. In addition to his widow, he is survived by his mother, Mrs. Kate Frank of Park City; three daughters, Mrs. John E. Yost of Billings, Mrs. Herman Michael and Miss Miriam Katherine Frank of Laurel; two sons, George Frank and Victor Henry Frank, both of Laurel; six brothers, Phillip and Dave Frank of Laurel and Alex, Pete, George and Jake Frank, all of Park City; three sisters, Mrs. Ishmael Yost of Billings, Mrs. John Rupp of Park City and Mrs. Dave Wagner of Chinook, and two grandchildren. The Settergren mortuary is in charge of funeral arrangements. FRANK - December 31, Henry P. Frank, 43, Laurel.
