Description	:	Helen Campbell, 96, of Belle Plaine, Iowa passed away December 18, 2018, at St. Luke’s Hospital, Cedar Rapids following a short illness. Graveside services will take place 11:00 a.m., Friday, December 21, 2018, at Oak Hill Cemetery, Belle Plaine, with Pastor Tom Petersen officiating. Helen Bernice was born June 28, 1922, the daughter of Henry Heinrich and Gladys Mae (Winters) Aggen on the family farm south of Anita, IA. She graduated from school in Anita. Helen Bernice was born June 28, 1922, the daughter of Henry Heinrich and Gladys Mae (Winters) Aggen on the family farm south of Anita, IA. She graduated from school in Anita. Helen worked many jobs to provide for her family. During WWII she manufactured gasmasks, she was a teacher in her early years, and most of all she helped work the farm. Helen loved doing things for other people. She enjoyed horses, watching and feeding the birds and squirrels, working with her flowers and doing all kinds of crafts. She is survived by her three sons, Steven (Sharon) Westfall of Wiota, Iowa, Craig Westfall of Adair, IA, Ronald (Denise) Campbell of Belle Plaine, IA; 7 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and many more family and friends. Helen was preceded in death by her parents; infant son, James Paul Ehrman; brother, George “Bud” Aggen and Bud’s wife Ruth Aggen.
