Description	:	Helen Binggeli (Weber) Miller, 97, of Marysville, died Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at Cambridge Place in Marysville. Visitation was Sunday, September 22, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., at Kinsley Mortuary in Marysville. The family received friends from 7 to 8 p.m. at the mortuary. A funeral service was held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, September 23, at the Evangelical United Church of Christ in Marysville. Rev. Judy Scott officiated. Deb Landoll played the organ while Wayne Kruse sang "On Eagles Wings" and "Good Night, Good Morning". Helen was born October 5, 1915, in Coronation, Alberta Canada, daughter of Fred and Mary (Stewart) Binggeli. The family returned to Home, KS, when she was 1 ½ years old. In 1933, she married Floyd Weber. He died in 1963. Survivors include their children, Marilyn (Herman) Wing, Bridgewater, VA, Barbara Pence, Bowie, MD, Francis (Pat) Weber, Olathe, KS, Ronald (Karlene) Weber, Colwich, KS, Colleen (Ken) Johnson, Maryville, TN, Patty (Ed) Hudson, Niwot, CO, Leeman (Linda) Weber, Home, KS, Galen (Jeanette) Weber, Lawrence, KS, Richard (Nancy) Weber, Home, KS, Terry (Sherry) Weber, Tokyo, Japan, and Kathy (Earl) Groves, Owasso, OK. In 1971, she married Ed Miller. He died in 1978. Helen was involved in many local organizations: Order of the Eastern Star, Garden Club, NARVE, VFW Ladies Auxiliary, RSVP Volunteer, and Women of the Moose where she was a Deputy Grand Regent. She was a proud mother and homemaker. Her interests included gardening, cooking, quilting, needlework and being with family and friends playing cards. She traveled extensively visiting her children around the country and Japan. She enjoyed and was thankful for the last two years she spent with the staff and residents at Cambridge Place. Other survivors include her two sisters, Mary Messick, Manhattan, KS, and Bonnie Hall, Baldwin, MI; 24 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; and special friend, Bob Welch, Frankfort, KS. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Carl and Clarence; sister, Leona; son-in-law, Perry Pence; and daughter-in-law, Janice Weber. Because of her love of children, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Contributions may be sent in care of Kinsley Mortuary.
