JANE 1907-1993 Homemaker Funeral services for Helen D. Jane, 86, of 409 West Roe St., Buchanan, are Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Hoven Funeral Home by the Pator Terry Peer of Buchanan Church of Christ. Burial will follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery. Jane died Sunday at 8 p.m. at Redbud Estates, Berrien Springs. Born May 4, 1907, in Three Oaks, she was a lifetime area resident. On Sept. 24, 1927, in Three Oaks, she married William Thomas Jane, who preceded her in death Feb. 18, 1977. Jane was a homemaker. She was a member of the Womens American Legion Auxiliary Post 51. Survivors include two sons, Walter T. Jane and Richard Jane, both of Buchanan; two daughters, Lorraine Dokey of Buchanan and Carol Price of Buchanan; 12 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Friends may call Tuesday from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Buchanan Public Library.
