Holyoke. Helen Hazel Rasche, youngest daughter of William and Emilie Rasche, was born in Washington county, Aug. 30, 1896. When 8 years old she moved with her parents to Lone Tree. Read More	Muscatine Journal and News-Tribune, Thursday, December 13, 1928 The funeral of Mrs. Helen Krueger was held in the Reformed church on Tuesday afternoon, in charge of the Rev. C. E. Holyoke. Helen Hazel Rasche, youngest daughter of William and Emilie Rasche, was born in Washington county, Aug. 30, 1896. When 8 years old she moved with her parents to Lone Tree. On Oct. 22, 1913, she was united in marriage with John Krueger. To this union three sons were born. Since her marriage she had made her home in the vicinity of Lone Tree until last spring, when the family moved to a farm near West Liberty. Mrs. Krueger had been in poor health for several years and recently contracted a severe cold which developed into pneumonia. On last Friday morning she was taken to Mercy hospital at Iowa City, where she died at 11 o'clock on Saturday evening, aged 32 years. She is survived by her husband; three sons, Elard, Merrill, and Delbert; her father, William Rasche; one sister, Mrs. Harriet Kline of Lone Tree; two brothers, H. V. Rasche of Davenport and her twin brother, H. H. Rasche of Chicago. Burial was made in the Lone Tree cemetery.
