She was united in marriage to Elwyn (Ted) George Moore on May 2, 1940 in Glenwood, Iowa. Their marriage was blessed with two daughters. She was a home maker and worked... Read More	Helen Marie (Pollitt) Moore was born May 22, 1923 in Silver City, Iowa to William Alexander Pollitt and Hildar Victoria (Gustafson) Pollitt. She was united in marriage to Elwyn (Ted) George Moore on May 2, 1940 in Glenwood, Iowa. Their marriage was blessed with two daughters. The Moores moved to Klamath Falls, Oregon in 1945, to Cottonwood, California in 1974, to Klamath Falls in 1976, and to Cottonwood in 1978. Her husband was called to his eternal rest in March of 1981. She was a home maker and worked as a grocery clerk. In her retirement years she greatly enjoyed baby-sitting for her grandchildren and great grandchildren. We remember her as a dear Christian who actively participated in the Lord's Church. She was called to her eternal rest on May 4,1994, while hospitalized in Redding, California. She will be buried at the side of her husband in the Cottonwood Cemetery. She is survived by her daughters: Victoria Conley of Cottonwood, California, Jeanie Moore of Klamath Falls, Oregon; by her sisters Winnie Klotz of Marysville, California, and Dorothy Hatch of Otis, Colorado; by her grandchldren: Michael, Mark, Jeffrey and Melissa Conley, Lisa Adams and Lana Weber; and by five great-grandchildren, Tanner Adams, Kinsey Weber, Matthew Weber, Drew Weber, Daniel Conley and Kelsie Conley.
