Read More	Choteau Acantha (MT), 20 Jan 1927 Bole Mother of Nine Dies After Week's Illness The Bole community was saddened Sunday to learn of the death that morning at the Choteau hospital of Mrs. Edwin A. Bjork, respected resident of the country north of Bole for many years, who succumbed following an attack of gallstones. She would have been 42 year old, had she lived until Feb. 18. Mrs. Bjork had been in her usual health until a little more than a week before her death and last Friday underwent an operation for her trouble. She was the mother of nine living children, the youngest of whom is four years old. Helen Olive Bjork was born at Paxton, Illinois, Feb. 18, 1885. She and Mr. Bjork were married 23 years ago at Trade Lake, Wisconsin, and came to this county in 1909, settling on the homestead north of Bole, which is still the family home. Three children of the union preceded Mrs. Bjork in death. The surviving children, seven boys and two girls are, Norris, Frank, John, Pearl, Chester, Kermit, Clarence, Roy and Rosella. The eldest son, Roy, is a student at the state college at Bozeman, Clarence and Kermit attend the high school at Simms, and the rest of the children live at home. Besides the husband and children, Mrs. Bjork is survived by her mother, Mrs. J.P. Soderquist of Trade Lake, Wisconsin, and by one sister and two brothers, whose homes are in Wisconsin. Mrs. Bjork was a member of the Swedish Lutheran church in Wisconsin but had not become affiliated with any denomination since coming to Montana. A devoted wife and mother, and a good neighbor, Mrs. Bjork made many warm friends in her community who will join in extending sincerest sympathy to the grief striken family.
