Death was caused by burns received from a bonfire. Short services were held at the home, conducted by Rev. Thos. Snider. After, the remains were removed to the Rush Creek Cemetery near Kingman, Indiana for interment. Services were held in the Cemetery chapel, conducted by Rev. Levi Woody.
