"Jack" Robling HERSHEY WOMAN WAS 80 YEARS OLD (8 Oct l952) Services for Mrs. Henrietta Robling 80, will be held Saturday at 2:30p.m. at Maloney, Cox and Kuhns Funeral Home with Rev Grier Hunt, pastor of the Hershey Methodist Church officiating. Mrs. Robling died Wednesday morning after being admitted to Sutherland Hospital. She had been ill for two days. Born April17, 1872 at La Harpe, IL, she was a Lincoln County resident since 1915. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Hazel Berringer, Aurora, IL, and Mrs. Gladys Moore, Portland, OR; two sons, Ralph Ortman, Belvedere, NE and Glen Ortman, Cottage Grove, OR; a brother Robert Allen of Bedison, MO, seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Burial will be in North Platte cemetery. MRS. HENRIETTA ROBLING DIES AFER SHORT ILLLNESS Mrs. Henrietta Robling, a resident of the Hershey community for the past 37 years passed away at 2:05a.m. Wednesday morning in the Sutherland hospital. She had been ill only two days and had been hospitalized but 9 hours at the time of her death. Born April 17, 1872 at LaHarpe, IL she moved to the Hershey community in 1915 where she has made her home most of the time since. She was 80 years of age at the time of her death. She is survived by her first husband, Fred Ortman of Hershey with whom she has made her home the past few years; two daughters Mrs. Hazel Beringer of Aurora, IL and Mrs. Gladys Moore of Portland, OR; two sons; Ralph Ortman of Belvidere, NE and Glen Ortman of Cottage Grove, OR; seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Also one brother, Robert Allen of Bedison, MO. Tentative plans for funeral sevices are that they will probably be held from the Maloney, Cox and Kuhns Funeral Chapel in North Platte, at 2:30 Saturday afternoon, with Rev. Grier Hunt of the local Methodist church officiating and burial in the North Platte cemetery but final arrangements are pending awaiting the arrival of some of the relatives. These plans are not definite. (The seven grandchildren were: Howard and Betty Lou Mertz= Gladys;Dallas Ortman=Glen; Bill Ortman=Ralph; Merwin Hess, Doris and Joanne Beringer=Hazel) . The eight Great-Grandchildren were: Gary and Dan (4 days old) Mertz, Monty Ortman, Kathy Ortman ,and Merwin's children.
