Description	:	Henrietta Dykstra, 87, of Orange City died Tuesday, Dec. 19, 2000, at the Long Term Care Facility of the Orange City Hospital. A funeral service was held on Friday, Dec. 22 at 10:00 a.m. at the Oolman Funeral Home in Orange City. The Rev. Daniel Krause officiated. Burial followed at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Sioux Center. Henrietta was born Aug. 5, 1913, in Sioux Center, the daughter of Sam and Hattie (Kosters) Dykstra. She attended schools in Sioux Ccnter and Ireton, graduating from the Ireton Christian School. She was employed as a nurses aide and in cooking and housekeeping occupations in Orange City, Sioux Falls and Chicago as a young woman. In later years she lived in Orange City at Orange Colony Apartments and the Pioneer Memorial Home. For the past year she had been a resident of the Orange City Municipal Hospital Long Term Care. Henrietta was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Le Mars. Survivors include two sisters, Gertrude Winters of Orange City and Jessie Addink of Philomoth, Ore.; and 26 nephews and nieces. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Geraldine Renes; and six brothers, John and Hein Dykstra, Everette Marra, and three in infancy. Memorials will be directed to the Orange City Health System. Sioux County capital 2000-12-28.
