Description	:	Henry Borchert - Bauer, January 30, 1905–Died at his home in Dallas Township, Sunday evening, January 22, 1905, at the age of 77 years, 4 months and 8 days. Henry Borchert, Sr. was born in Hannover, Germany September 14, 1827. In 1855 he united in marriage with Miss Charlotte Brandfass. Eight [5] children were born to them; four of them, grown and married, survive the departed. Read More	Henry Borchert - Bauer, January 30, 1905–Died at his home in Dallas Township, Sunday evening, January 22, 1905, at the age of 77 years, 4 months and 8 days. Henry Borchert, Sr. was born in Hannover, Germany September 14, 1827. In 1855 he united in marriage with Miss Charlotte Brandfass. Eight [5] children were born to them; four of them, grown and married, survive the departed. In the year 1867 he came to this country and settled in Dallas Township, and has been a resident here up to his death. He came to this place a poor man, but by hard work and economy he succeeded in founding a comfortable home here for himself and family. Deceased was born and reared a Lutheran and joined the German Lutheran congregation of this township soon after his arrival. Interment took place January 25, 1905 at the old Lutheran graveyard (Tickel Cemetery). The funeral was preached by Rev. Fred W.
